What’s the issue?
Women of colour in the UK are significantly more likely to leave corporate jobs compared to their white counterparts. Experiences of racism, micro-aggressions, a lack of career progression and feelings of not being valued are the underlying preseason for this according to research*.
When people don’t feel psychological safe, it can negatively affect performance and cause attrition, which can undermine company operations and culture. It also doesn't reflect well when the learning and development support isn't nuanced and culturally sensitive.

As a High Performance Coach, Therapist, and Keynote Speaker, I deliver talks, workshops and coaching to support women, specifically women of colour, with their mental and emotional well-being.
Find Balance, Not Burnout
In-Person Sound Healing Session
In this 1-hour session participants will check-in with their body, recalibrate, and enter theta brain wave states, proven to be restorative and supportive to healthy brain function.
The on-site workshop is for up to 15 participants to book either as a one-off or as part of a complete series. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, blanket and comfortable clothing. Sessions are designed to help manage stress and build resilience at work.

Mindful Moments: Breath Work at Work
45 Minute Online or In-Person Session
This is a 45-minute gentle movement & breath work session designed as a powerful recalibration session for office workers during their working day.
This is a powerful facility to help staff down regulate so they can emerge feeling centred and calm.
Creating mindful connection to the present moment with a focus on the breath and body brings about a sense of connection to self so they can relate to others in a more meaningful and positive way.

Come and be held in a psychologically safe group coaching and therapy session to unpack challenges, reflect, and connect with yourself and others, in a non-judgemental, non-work related, professionally facilitated session.
