I’m Cheryl, The Founder of Chariot Coaching & Therapy
I went from just about coping to a life of passion & purpose
I had big ambitions. I did pretty well in my career, but somehow, I often felt under appreciated, unfulfilled, and uninspired at work. I kept quitting my job and finding myself in the same state that I was in in the previous job. I had poor self-esteem and I craved external validation.
I felt lonely, even though I had friends. I felt bad about myself, but I partied on the weekends. I was lost, but I showed up with a massive plastic smile. You’d never know something was up.
It was not good, but the kind of not good that I grew accustomed to. Year after year, nothing changed. I just ploughed myself into debt and into one-sided relationships, all whilst maintaining a veneer of success.
I couldn’t afford my first coach, but the cost of not changing was too high
I began work with an incredible human who snapped me out of my victim mentality. I started connecting to my feelings. I slowly started to notice my triggers and to figure out where certain behaviours came from. I did the work to release the strong activation certain things had on me.
This was huge.
I developed self acceptance. My self-worth sky rocketed. So did my earnings. As within, so without. As I went deeper, I started creating art, expressing my truth, realigning my life with how I wanted it to be instead of just making do. Everything started to flow.
I now support Black women to reconnect to an authentic, aligned and joyful version of themselves. Our results speak for themselves.

Work with me
Are you ready to get support to unpack what you’ve been lugging around alone all this time?
As a result of my own deep inner work, I’m only doing things that are in alignment with my soul’s purpose, with people I want to work with. I've supported 100+ women in my private practise and in corporate settings. My work is to bring about transformational change.
I now dedicate my time and energy to really see Black women. It’s my life’s honour to watch them step into the fullness of who they are. If you’re curious, book a no obligation call whilst my diary is still open.
